How much riding experience do I need to have?: We have horses and trails suitable for all levels of rider. Please be honest with yourself and with us regarding your abilitites when booking as all riders will have an assessment before going out on to the trail and your riding instructor's decision is final. This is for your own personal safety.Back to top
Do I need to bring my own horse riding clothing?: We have riding hats that you can borrow if you don't have your own. You should wear long trousers or full chaps and shoes with a smooth sole and a small heel. You should wear clothing suitable for the weather. Back to top
Are there any extra/hidden charges?: Everything that is included in the price is explained, as well as everything that is NOT included. If in doubt, just email us to check before you book. Back to top
What if the horse riding is cancelled?: If for reasons beyond our control the horse riding cannot take place on that day we will rearrange the schedule so riding can take place on another day. We may also offer you alternative activities. Riding will only be cancelled in extreme circumstances eg. dangerous weather conditions. If we cancel your riding and you do not take us up on our alternative offer, we will refund any monies paid. Back to top

Do you have disabled facilities?: That totally depends on your disability! If you ordinarily require any special assistance to ride (e.g. a hoist or a leader) or during day to day activities, please contact is before you book to check we have the facilities to accommodate you. Back to top
What is your cancellation policy?: For holidays, deposits paid at time of booking are non refundable or transferrable (if we are able to transfer your booking to another date we will, this is not always possible). Final payment for the holiday is required 30 days before your check in date.

How much is the deposit?: Deposits are 30% the total cost of the booking for holidays of 7 nights or more, 50% the total cost of the booking for shorter holidays or day rides. Back to top
